We want YuniTalk to be a welcoming and secure environment for all users. We ask that you: Respect the Community: Use the app to share, communicate, and collaborate positively. Please avoid sharing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. Value Intellectual Property: Ensure that you have the right to share the content you upload, and always respect others’ copyrights. Protect Privacy: Since privacy is key, please always ask for permission before recording, capturing screenshots, or sharing other users’ information.4. Third-Party Services & Integrations

To bring you great features, YuniTalk works with trusted third-party services like Firebase, Jitsi Meet, and cloud storage providers (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox). Shared Experience: While we aim for seamless integrations, we cannot control the availability or security of these external platforms. Respective Guidelines: When using these integrated services, please remember that their own Terms and Privacy Policies will also apply.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You always retain full ownership of the documents, files, and messages you create or upload through the app. Our Platform: The design, source code, and logo of YuniTalk are created by us to serve you. We ask that you respect our creative work and refrain from copying or distributing it without permission.

We care deeply about your privacy and use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. While we do our best, please keep in mind that no digital platform can guarantee 100% absolute security. We strive to provide a flawless experience, but sometimes technical issues occur. YuniTalk is provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss that may result from app usage, but we will always work hard to fix any issues.9. Account Deletion, Suspension, & Termination

Delete Account: You have complete control over your data. You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Once deleted, your personal information will be securely removed from our active systems according to ourdata retention policy. Suspension: To maintain a safe community, we may temporarily pause or close accounts that do not follow these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
